How do you change the colors if your stars ranking?

Like, colors from your previous rank? I see some users with 1000 posts with greycel stars

You can only choose your name color after 10k posts or 15k posts I dont remember
I dont think you can change your star color

The rules say that for each rank you need to have been registered one extra week on the site, this is so spamming to skip ranks isn't possible.

So those people with gray stars and 1000+ posts are probably newfags who are postmaxxing so quickly.
