Pretty relaxing I would say.
TBH I use games as such a cope that I can almost always find a way to make myself like the game. Even if it is something not that is objectively not that important to the game(soundtrack, ambience, or even the way a character talks) I will justify that enough as a reason to play and enjoy the game.
So unless the game just does not click with me in anyway at all, or unless it is very awful(highly unlikely in this case). I will probably find a way to enjoy it.

Stardew Valley has relationships in it. I cannot stand being mogged by video game characters, so I could never play a game like that.
I actually tried it and enjoyed it until I saw it had dating.

The game does have an Incel character in it, named Clint. Also there’s a dating mechanism (6 girls you can date and eventually marry) but a lot of the prettier girls are taken or unable to marry.
