Is National Socialism more Capitalistic in Nature economically? Of course, it's socialism really in name alone, it has nothing to do with Marxist Socialism, but that doesn't mean there shouldn't be regulations of Monopolies, or markets, or anything like that. Free markets can be an enemy to the people, capitalism only works on a controlled leash.

Japan is an ethnostate by definition, "A political unit that is populated by and run in the interest of an ethnic group." last time I checked the minority population of Japan was under 2% and they keep it that way for a reason, it may not have National Socialist or Fascist laws or regulations, at least not many, it's still an ethnostate. Also National Socialism wouldn't reward people who are unproductive, and would thoroughly test all members of society in a proper merit based system to find out who is mentally superior and suited for certain tasks from a genetic and cognitive basis, and then train and maximize everyone to do their best, of course its not entirely controlling by any means, there's still enough freedom to be needed for happiness, as pure control in some Orwellian like state is not fun or rewarding for anyone but the state.
