Dunno about OP but I have been on SSRIs on and off for many years now. At worst they cause me to feel very sleepy, but at least I'm not a mental wreck all the time.

Invega is not an SSRI, it's an antipsychotic, I agree that antipsychotics are strong, I used to take olanzapine which is relatively less potent and made me feel like shit
