Dunno about OP but I have been on SSRIs on and off for many years now. At worst they cause me to feel very sleepy, but at least I'm not a mental wreck all the time.

The problem is I can't sleep when on them... I wake up after a few hours. I need to be on bed for 16 of 24 hours per day, sleep efficiency is shit on SSRI
