What do you think about people who intentionally spread disease when they are sick, like spreading the flu coughing in crowded space, going to school without mask when fever, etc.

Imo this is one of the most antisocial things a person can do, flooding doctor offices and money for medicine, and make the other people get sick in their bed for a few days. This costs the economy, government, and the patient themselves, not to mention it puts employees home for a few days slightly reducing shekels for bosses.
