As an incel, you can't help but feel for Frankenstein because of how he's forced to bear the condemnation of his existence through no fault of his own.
Frankenstein is an abomination and a freak of nature who was never supposed to exist. Victor Frankenstein upon realizing the horror of his creation, keeps Frankenstein chained in his basement like an animal without any human rights or dignity (similar to how incels are forced to live under self-imposed house arrest because of the bullying we suffer from society).
Upon breaking free, Frankenstein locates his creator and asks him to make a mate for him, because inceldom, isolation, and alienation from humanity is too cruel a punishment for him to bear. Out of total cruelty, Victor refuses because he doesn't want these monsters to sire a bloodline and a race, which enrages Frankenstein into going ER on him (this scene really got to me
because I confront my father and blame him for making me incel all the time. I've made threads on it here).
Frankenstein starts hunting Victor, promising to make punish him for how he condemned him to inceldom and alienation. Victor runs and takes refuge with a Danish ship crew stuck in ice and this leads to the final confrontation between the two.
