If you don't pull out weeds from your yard, who is to blame?
If soyciety doesn't exterminate at birth or during childhood sick, feeble minded, unusually physically weak etc. people, when said soyciety should not complain when these people grew up and be unable to thrive.
Soyciety need to take responsibility, after all.
