It's a retarded argument. If you are autistic/bad looking you are just a magnet for the shitty things in life, especially if you are short too and therefore aren't seen as a physical threat.
Imagine if somebody said the same thing about protected groups like jews/blacks/women. If you said what they say about low-status males like autists to jews/blacks/women they would literally want you dead. "Maybe if you were nicer over 100 countries wouldn't have kicked you out" - a sentence like that would be the end of your professional/private life, but as long as it goes against unattractive males it's acceptable.
And with "power"/"being disenfranchised" it has absolutely nothing to do, jews are as a group enormously rich/successful and still you aren't allowed to criticize/insult them due to "muh minority", we however have objectively shitty lifes with often economic disadvantages and decades of bullying as a background (of course not all, but many still) while literally everyone kicks us down.
