I adore the fact that we are at the point in history where, on one hand, thanks to US' influence you have the race-centric worldview being pushed globally as the "obvious" way to differentiate between the in-group and the out-group, while on the other, you still have Old World-style nationalism based on ethnicity instead of race alive and kicking, though it's admittedly waning, and the internet has finally become widespread enough to see those two worldviews clashing IRL in most parts of the world.
If anything, it's a good way to differentiate between people merely claiming to be nationalists from a certain place, and actual nationalists from that place.
