Well, after a week and failing and weirdly finding out how NV can be usefull in Sins of Father, I finally unlocked the Neon Tomb level. And my fucknis this one hell of a experience for me. First off, despite there being no damn bombs unlike elephant, that makes it still hard. Thing is though, unlike the school shooters in elephant, these terrorists or jihad jonnys seem to be way more prepared then the chinease knock off columbiners.
They got fucking machine guns like belt fed, they rigged suicide bombs for both them selfs and cavilians witch I learned the hard way and they mean fucking buissness. Well after one of them suicide bombing literally all 4 ofnmy battle buddies I figured ok I might as well see how long I can last. Well plot twist because everything was total CQB with very little rigged cover unlike Greased Palms, it kinda worked to my advantage as long as I stayed stealthy enough. So I made good with it and one by one I got these fuckers down. Almost died twices on the final man and it felt like the finale of the 4th john wick movie to me. All or nothing.
But I ended up winning, depsite all that these club killers threw at me, I somhow was able to 1 vs all of them. And IDK what diffaculty most people prefer but I stick to hard diffaculty intentionally on all missions with one exception, on my 2nd playthrough on the ps5 run, I did not want to deal with greased palms any more so I degradated my self for that one mission for ps5, made it to hard on my deck.
I wish I could prove it but I have lack of evidence. Havent tried the buy cheap buy twice mission yet. But from what I hear, the extreme nigh kinda makes it seem promising. Also forget to say this but I was fucking suprised on how usefull NV was in neon tomb, you think with all these lights that you would only need the flash light but aperently the fuck not. NV help give me contrast on the environment on some parts and did a much better job then the flashlights did.
If yall got any advice for Buy cheap Buy twice, Id apreciate it. As of Im typing this Im actually downloading STALKER 2 Heart of Cheynobyl on the deck as I hear theres some patches that can get me from 20 FPS to 30 and even 40 FPS so I figured Id give it a gamble. Good night my fellow neighbor cels. Even though I doubt many of yall are on the west coast.
