But then I realize they actually do it to themselves and are responsible for the way they live.

And even if we gave them luxury stuff and all the education in the world they would still "ghetto-fy" it.

And also they are typically violent and would most likely kill and rob me if given the chance.

Still, the vast majority of people from the Global South want to become like people in the Global North, it's just their DNA holding them back. Unlike what certain self-hating jeets and similar here say, people in the Global South do not (and could not) need to be eliminated. It would probably take a millennia but there ought to be a way to rehabilitate the Global South. The Global North also needs to be heavily rehabilitated, of course. When I say "rehabilitate" let's imagine the most peaceful, humanitarian and consensual process possible, whatever that could be.
