Whenever there is a gore video from east asia,(more specifically china +SE Asia)it’s always in a factory. Why is that? Do they not take/learn safety precautions in those countries?

The population is very big, so there are lots of shithole areas (so called third line cities) with poor safety regulations.

Same goes for SEA.

China alone has more people than all of Europe combined.

What I don't understand is why he kept on driving.

Also, just out of principle, you never want to stand in front of a vehicle approaching you.
You want to stand aside if you are supposed to guide the driver, so just in case he does loose control he won't crash right into you.

Liveleak has taught me so much safety around cars, forklifts and machines. But never stand in front of a car with your back behind a wall ever.
