for the past 5 years when I am anxious, stressed or whatever I clench it and it fucking hurts, there is also clicking and sometimes it cracks similar to when you crack your fingers.

I have to continue my whitepill jedi training in order to become more peaceful and calm so this problem is less prevalent

its one of my biggest issues, my jaw has been increasibly becoming weaker and weaker ever since i've lost all my teeth years ago

It's gotten a lot better when I stopped clenching my teeth. You should give it a try.

UPDATE: going to start cutting back on coffee aswell as taking vitamins now. I was recommended Magnesium online.
