Something is vibrating around me

For the last few minutes ive been observing all the noise i could hear and realized there is a vibrating sound coming from somewhere around me, it isnt in my room and it feels maybe more than 10 meters away, or could be 30, i have no idea, but i can still hear it quite distinctivelly, it is acute, artificial, high frequency. I wonder what is producing it, for the sound alone i cant form an accurate picture of it tbh

good hearing is such an underrated ability ngl. People don't know how useful it is, they should not listen to loud music.
also that vibration is probably a construction site
