Also, OP I sympathize with your situation. Someone at my college found out I was on r/incels and he created a thread on reddit and they were threatening to screenshot my posts and report it to the school. It would have ruined my entire future. Luckily I graduated without issue.

You just gotta be more careful and cover your bases. Find a cover story and stick to it. Just say you were browsing because you find incels funny, and browsing incels isn't a crime in any part of the world.
