All this stuff about harmful stereotypes, the male gaze, toxic masculinity, the patriarchy... you name it.

In reality, women are just the submissive gender, by and large. Sorry but that's just the way it is.

Some women can't accept this though and will invent this complex ideological framework of complete nonsense to try to pretend that it's not true, or at least to water it down.

Really, instead, those women should IMO try to just accept that females are like this. If THEY don't want to be submissive to anyone then that's fine but to try to change womanhood based on that is unhealthy and kind of evil. All it does is hurt people.

I think beyond a certain point it can feel a bit tacky and immersion-breaking, but to a point it just presents females that are appealing to men, and men buy a lot of video games, basically!

I think the Bond series has always had a very positive and healthy portrayal of women for men.

Basically... the movies don't centre around the women (the protagonist isn't female, for example) and the women are not overly tough or anything like that. They're just... attractive, feminine, and desirable to both the protagonist and to the viewer.

That's basically the ideal IMO.

Not that I necessarily agree with the promiscuity in Bond movies. They're only films, but I get how that could be seen as degenerate.

Heh, I see your point. The idea that a games developer who might be nerdy might put a hot girl in the game for gamers who also might be nerdy is something women don't like because yeah, they're not Chads, basically.
