All the kids whose mom's have been drinking during pregnancy have it and they look just like truecels. So it's not ONLY and exclusively genes the problem. Now, I don't know the proportions, but a significant number of us have this FAS

My father was nice-looking (he's dead) and my mother was VERY pretty when she was young (blonde, blue eyes, thin, pretty smile...) and she never drank, but my father did.

I have black hair, brown eyes, prognathism, and ugly as a demon.
