Atleast Greg was actually an actual interesting character and was examining how close a man have to go through while losing someone and it really shakes up butcher character in contrast in his determination for vengeance against the supes. Meanwhile in this version they make butcher a fucking cuck who cares for a spawn rape child, who he couldnt even took care properly that lead to damn fucking stupid climax in the end of season 3.

I give the show credit, it is definitely better than the comic in many aspect such as making Homelander a better antagonist overall.
