SOG Pentagon Covert

My package finally arrived….after much fuckery from Fed Ex.

I got a SOG Pentagon Covert knife.

It’s damn nice.
Though it was a little bit too expensive.

I got it to replace my Benchmade SOCP dagger.
I always wear gloves, and it can be tricky to get my finger through the ring while wearing gloves.

I carry an EDC setup which includes my phone, flashlight, pepper spray and a knife.

I know a lot of guys here carry a knife for self defense.
But, actually my knife is just to cut things, open packages and mail, and a survival tool for when I go hiking/camping.

My Mace pepper spray is what I carry for self defense.

There is a lot less legal risk in spraying someone in self defense.

The SOG Pentagon Covert looks really nice, I bet the balance is awesome...

For my military style stabbing needs I have a 7" okc devils brigade knife, and a (modern 420c) Gerber Mk 2, that I removed the gdmf serrations from, returning it to it's far more useful wasp shape.

I edc a okc rat 1.5 and a ti pokelit aa/14500 flashlight, and a leatherman rebar (home) or bond (town), and phone...

Besides other more heavy stuff like water and a leadpill dispenser.

I used to carry pepper spray but it expired long before I needed it for a gdmf bear!

Always trust that expiration date! Its a real thing!!!
