Whenever an employer wants "soft skills", they really just mean extroverted chad.
No need to explain why.

Soyciety works as a whole, everything is cohesive. Trends in dating (chadishness and extroversion matter more and more, a good-paying job, real skills, etc less and less) will be mirrored in every aspect of daily life.

So employers start to require what foids require.

Soft skills that really will help you (and not your employer) are attributes that describe a predator (psychopathy for example)
