From what people have written, upon ingesting SN with water, the taste is very very salty, and then after a while the heart starts to beat faster and faster. There's nausea, and then sleepiness. If the nausea becomes too great, people vomit so they take antiemetics to try to prevent that from happening. Slowly the SN in the blood consumes all the oxygen from the haemoglobin, turning the red color of blood into chocolate brown. Without oxygen going to the brain, the heart beats faster to try to keep the brain alive, but after a while, its just not possible so there's loss of consciousness and then eventually death from hypoxia. Those who die from SN have purple lips and hands.
