Theory Society used to feel a lot calmer I think

It is true?

I miss the times when the internet was just for fun and games. Once the internet started being used for everything, laws were developed for it and everyone started being online all the time through smartphones, it got ruined.

Everything feels extremely fast paced all of a sudden. Years go by like days. Everywhere is panic, war, and death but there seems to be no slow-down, no peace.

And then everything changed when social media attacked...

Just kill me already

Yeah I guess you can hide from it to some degree but you can't fully hide from its effects.

The world truly did die in 2012 and it's been getting worse since

2020 was the biggest cultural shift

the divergence in subcultures

covid accelerated it too

isolation pushed subhumans deeper into online identities

When you see those old closedown messages... there isn't this feeling like the broadcasters are trying to make you worried about something or panic, you know?

They're being respectful and it's quite calm and pleasant.

These days it's like there's a constant narrative of "We're not chill - we're panicking. But... for good reason!"

And that's kind of tolerable and you can give a pass for a month. Or a year. But this has been going on pretty much non-stop since covid. Maybe before.

This reflects on the environment society once had too. I'm about to go on a super autistic rant here.

Notice how modern buildings and apartments are just gray and white boxes? Notice how all the McDonalds which were once colorful were/are being remodeled into gray and white boxes? Notice how modern interior design is white and gray? Notice how modern cars are usually just neutral colors or red? This has all been going on since 2010, part of me thinks it's a psyop, but the other part of me thinks that the majority of people are depressed and they project it onto their surroundings. Everything is now a neutral colored prism of some sort and is therefore now much more cold, boring, and lifeless than what it once was.

On what fucking planet is

The top interior is more warm and soulful. The bottom is lifeless and depressing. This is what trends have been going towards. Some normgroid nigger will read this thread and call the top one tacky, but they just follow trends like retarded soulless goycattle.

The 90s and 2000s actually had color and character. Everything is so fucking lifeless these days and I'm not sugarcoating the 90s and 2000s either, people who agree with me are being disingenuous.

I gotta be honest is it really bad if barely noticed anything like that. The cultures basically feel the same and people just feel the same as usual.

I wish I could time travel, or have been in my late twenties 20-30 years ago, instead of now.

OPERATION CHAOS

It's nice to have colour variation and nice to have light, but yeah there is way too much use of white and grey shades. It just feels... cold. It may look nice in a photo sometimes but... it's just not cosy and feels garish.

Personally whenever I'm in a position where I can select colours for decor or anything like that, I tend to go for warm colours. It's also possible to have warmth in a space AND light and also colour.

People act like the only way to have light and colour is to whitewash everything.

Even normies are having it bad nowadays
