I RAPED MY MIND . What does that consist in? I faced my fear head on and became a vote-watcher, I got to see and interact at least 1500 people in the span of two days. Idk if this works for everyone but it did for me. So perhaps that is how you unfuck your mind. Do some voluntary work where you are forced to interact with a lot of people and it'll boost your confidence.

My THEORY is that now that I have something to compare regular social interactions to, something extreme. If I managed to literally interact with one thousand people I can handle a granny on the tram or some normie in line at uni.
