You can just not hire them though. To me, that's a bigger concern. In job interviews a common question is whether you're. With me its often followed up by a "why not?" so as to imply or inquire if I am defective. I have to back up my lifestyle with a long list of "hobbies" that keep me occupied.

Seems like shes inferring back ground and security checks similar to the ones done for security clearance in the military sector. Those are done with psychologists in the loop and they check to see your lifestyle and history etc. The incel narrative being put forward by stupid mainstream media fits perfectly into many people already in the tech/dev side of military.

I think we need to publish a formalized manifesto / doctrine for our ideology otherwise were going to be assigned one by mass media so that the problems will be earmarked with a solution.

The manifesto cannot be one of inciting violence. This will spell the end for us.

Our identity should also shift from being centered around obsession with the inability to form sexual / romantic relationships to rather the inability to create any sort of positive relationships or support structures that go beyond a therapists office. We have to shake the label that we "kill women because we cant get laid" that's given to us by the ruling classes.

Like the MRA, whose focus seems to center more on men that are already in abusive relationships, we have to look like we want to solve our problems instead of just crying victim, blackpill, and its over. We differ from the MRA in that we are unable to build any relationships at all. Blackpill may be responsible for our condition but if we don't look like we want to improve then no one is going to help us or take us seriously. We will be dismantled and ostracized.

If we don't take ownership of our identity people like Ellen Pao will do it for us. Then the crap that is in this article may very well become a reality.

You cannot prove if a person is an incel or not without violating their privacy which I don't think any work place will do. No matter what we do, incels will always be seen in the way we don't want it to be seen in. Since there are far far more people spreading lies than the truths about incels. It's just how it is.

There are cases where companies monitor employees social media.

Questionnaires for all potential employees, are you a virgin yes/no. If you vote no your application will be thrown away and they will call the cops on you and send you too jail where you get gang raped and come out as a homo then get hired. :feelsokman:
 
They shouldn't care what you do in your private life.
They shouldn't, but it is not illegal if they ask you and you willingly provide them these information. Lot of people will do that rather than getting fired.

Exactly... but the truth should still be documented somewhere at its point of origin.

Military/ defense/ aerospace (particularly weapons development) is pretty tight regarding personal background, especially mental health. You are expected to share details of any psychological treatment by law for security clearance.

I don't think its far fetched for other industries to do the same. (I'm also maybe only considering professional, degree'd candidates for middle market an above, there's no "budget" for a place like burger king to do this for all its kitchen employees)

It becomes more and more clear that the femoids won't stop until we are removed from the genepool.
But after she banned five Reddit communities for harassment, Pao became the target of vicious online threats and a Change.org petition that amassed 200,000 signatures calling for her removal from the company.

This gives me hope though. It proves we can make a difference.
