The advent of smartphones has allowed people to be connected with their social niche 24/7. You walk around and you quickly notice that those people spend most of their time texting or aimlessly browsing their smartphones. I went on a trip to the countryside last week; the bus drove through a beautiful mountainous landscape. If you looked outside the window, you could see the trees circling the mountain and a sheer cliff down below. It was awe-inspiring. But I think I was the only one who bothered to watch the scenery. I took a look around and noticed that the other passengers were either sleeping or on their smartphones.

There's no social interaction anymore. Whenever a woman sees a subhuman, she'll quickly plug her earphones and pretend that she's listening to music. The " get-yourself-out-there advice" is useless in 2020. The only option available for non-chad men is to cope until the end, and that's what I've been doing. At least I got a few good years in the 1990s and early 2000s. I feel sorry boys born in this decade. They'll live through an era that has nothing to offer in terms of jobs, education, romantic relationships, and friendship. Everything has been spiralling downwards for years, and it will get worse until a breaking point. But maybe nothing will come to pass, and everyone will accept this reality with passivity: this is probably the most likely scenario.

at least with smartphones i occupy myself with something instead of siting like a retard while everyone around me is socializing and having fun
and it's not as if i was doing better on the "social" department when smartphones weren't a thing

Smartphones and social media is cancerous. No one wants to talk face to face anymore, or appreciate the little things, it's all about instant gratification and brownie points. It's fucking sad, I really missed the simplier times back in the 90's and early 2000s when people ACTUALLY made an effort to connect with people, but that's long gone and sadly things are likely only going to get worse.

Same. I once noticed a group of high schoolers who used to sit at a cafeteria. They seemed to be about ages 13-15 and they were ALL fixated on their smartphones. Literally nobody was talking to each other. And this was like 5 years ago.

This seems like an extreme example but generally people are pretty fixated on their smartphones.

LOL I'm doing this rn. Family meetings are gay. Full of oldcels and young women. Without the smartphone I would look like a complete dweeb. At least this way they assume I'm texting someone.

I don't have a smartphone.

I hope the great tribulation comes at this point tbh, even though I'll probably not survive it.
