I have insomnia from severe depression and physical pain.

Brutal, sorry to hear. If you're going days on end only getting a few hours sleep every night maybe see if you can get some sleeping pills, over the counter or prescription

I can i used to get zolapine to help me sleep and it worked but my parents dont want me taking drugs anymore to sleep like im 90

I also kinda agree i dont wana take drugs anymore its making me even more depressed.

But also sleeping 3 hours is depressing.

Idk what to do
