What are some techniques you use for deeper sleep? Any advice on how to fall asleep faster? Any supplements? Routines? Self-Given Massages (we're incels)?

I've found phenibut really knocks me out.
 
-Avoid blue light 1.5 hours before you go to sleep. Use blue light filters if you must go on the internet
-Stick to a sleep schedule
-Sleep when the sun goes down and wake up when the sun goes up
-Exercise
-Have a comfortable bed
