Taking everyday a Sleep pill would be a good idea, sleeping is the biggest peace you can get

I have isnomia and i take some sleeping pills to help me. But 8 to 10 hours are great for me. I don't need more, i have weird sleeping patterns tbh.

Yeah sleeping is a good cope for me as well. Try melatonin, it gives you extra strong dreams. You don't need it if you get a lot of sleep on the regular but if not try it.
