Blackpill sleep interrupted by nightmares

Gigaover I was sleeping peacefully and all of a sudden I got my sleep interrupted by a horrible nightmare and this happens very often.

My nightmares and night terrors can get so bad, people say I scream in my sleep.

I have nightmares sometimes too. They are really weird aswell. A lot of the times its a family member killing me or choking me in the dark. It has happened more times then i can count. Probably from past abuse but they never physically abused me only my brother beat my ass once.
