It's not an intelligent game. The themes are not deep at all. They are surface level feminist rubbish.

"Pregnancy bad!"
"Leh women are oppressed!"
It is to a cartoonish extent that I guarantee is not a accurate representation of 1960s Japan. But because it has feminist themes and game journalists are midwits who think they're smart for regurgitating feminism and progressivism, the game is being highly praised. The game is also being applauded by women who per typical are obsessed with being oppressed.

Konami is dead to me. I have no interest in buying another Konami game. They've gone beyond Nintendo or Capcom, and have began the trend of making literal wokeslop feminist slop award bait. Hopefully it's not a trend, but I have the dreadful feeling that Japanese companies are now going to start shitting games like this out.

Eh, it's not really Fatal Frame. Fatal Frame is more about human sacrifice and other disturbing themes that are based on actual Japanese history. Fatal Frame is also genuinely scary.

And he will never finish it anyway as he is now even a worse hack than before. At least Higurashi and Umineko were finished despite Umineko becoming trash halfway in and Higu got ruined by anime.
