How do people not go without silence, or are too afraid to sit alone for more than an hour with their thoughts?

Silence in solitude, away from concrete city that produces shit, piss and garbage, is comfy.

If I had to live in a group home, I'd be on the national news in a month.

But
Normies MUST have noise always. Even when they fall asleep, family guy must be playing in background.

If they are sitting with someone, like me, who can be silent and not feel any awkwardness, they'll fucking whistle or they'll get you to talk by asking the dumbest and most pointless questions in existence.

We are social beings, I get that, but I'm not.
