this guy i knew from school was fat as fuck - now 11 years later i see him and the table has turned, i'm the fatty and he's lean.

He said that smoking fags killed any hunger ages and within months, he got lean (tho's he's still an inkie as he has a shit face).

Bad idea. Smoking ruins your teeth, skin and hair. It also fucks up your health (obviously).

Just lose weight naturally through dieting and keeping active. Or take semaglutides if you must.

Have you first tried dieting?

i take elvanse for adhd on weekdays and do OMAD (only eat in late afternoon) tho weight doesn't shift. to be fair i have 3 beers a day (tho even without beer, weight doesn't come off much) just layer of fat on tummy and hips that is just not going
