No, Sicily hasn't "5-10%" nafri, the actual average, going by memory, is 3.5-5% (lower than Siberian in Scandinavians and Finns). Also, I'm not sure why Sicily is being singled out anyways, since Sicilians are virtually identical to mainland southern Italians and tend to cluster between Apulians and neighboring mainlanders.

Medium brown hair and eyes, fair-to-pink skin tone, and a mix of Mediterranean + Alpine (including Dinaric) phenotypes. Well within normal European variation in my view. Ofc, there is no 100 percent phenotypic overlap with their northern counterparts, but it is such that a random Sicilian thrown in northern Italy or vice-versa would without question blend in.
