anyone else here just tense up and feel clammy whenever you talk to a woman?

whenever i talk to a woman in any context i start to tense up, hands get sweaty, and i feel nervous. i have no problem talking to any other men but i just am really uncomfortable with women, like for example i asked this girl at my gym to pass me the rope attachment for tricep pulldowns (i saw she finished her set) and i stuttered like a retard and had to repeat myself for a one sentence question jfl.

Yeah, I have had many bad experiences with people, occasionally they pop into my mind, and for an hour or so I just sit, stewing on them and getting angry, remembering those times. So, if I have to deal with people, then I do the minimum, and get it over and done with quick.
