Refusing to date a man because he’s short is sexist and illegal if we apply employment laws:
Sexist: It judges his abilities and potential based on height, not qualifications, reinforcing harmful stereotypes and inequality.
Illegal: Laws like the Civil Rights Act (Title VII) prohibit employment discrimination based on traits you can't change. Just like denying a woman a job for being female violates these laws they should be applied to women rejecting short men based on height only.

All you have to do is apply the same standards onto height.
