My answer would be "Yes" but, that because you gave only binary choices. The bottom line is that collage age girls should be prostitutes for relatively affordable prices. For GigaStacy/Stacy it should be mandatory for them to get room and board. To pay for their tuition or expenses they must prostitute themselves out men between the ages of 18-70 or so. Contraception (in the form of birth control only) should be used. Later on for having kids they can do insemination.
