Serious Should i take finasteride even if my hair is already pretty fucked?

Its already ridiculously thin, pretty similar to norwood 3 vertex... should i make some improvements if i do? tried taking it for a while but it got pretty expensive and saw no imrpovements in a month or so

fin only halts the balding, in most cases it does not grow any back
