I can tell you it only gets worse, I’m alittle over 2 years away from 40 and I feel about the same except I’m fatter, lower T and have a shoulder injury compared to 10 years ago.

Finding a good cope is essential, no matter what it is, vidya, biking, anything.

My new thing is coming up with flyers and posting them/passing them out places, sounds dumb but it seems to be giving me purpose, at least for now.

Also vidya seems to work as well still.

Those 2 things keep me going.
