I'm technically a therapist (degree in Psychology). Do not bother with therapy, it's all bullshit. And that's coming from a guy who had some of the best grades in my class.

I tried (((therapy))) and it has proven to be useless. Most of the therapists I spoke to used to listen and offer extremely little insight. Moreover, watch what you say. If (((they))) think you're dangerous, law enforcement may get informed about it.
