but im second questioning myself lately
if somebody can provide an unbiased study or something that would be great
cuz imo
theres a reason cooked meat smells apetizing to humans and makes them drool, as opposed to raw
this is the case with practically everything good for consumption. Smell bad = avoid. We have sense of taste and smell for a reason.
I also read many raw meat eaters get food poisonings and parasites. Mealtimes must suck

Food is processed for a reason.

You risk getting worms and poisoning because you won't be able to monitor the quality of the meat in all cases.

If it is an option, it is for the very rich (and even then there is a risk of ending up with a worm in your head, like Kennedy).
