wasting my time with idiot normie, doing pointless tasks, learning pointless shit, all of this just so I can waste my life for 30+ years and hope to retire

No. Don't be an idiot. All statistics prove that people with college degree suffer from poverty, un- and underemployed FAR less often than people without college degree.

Waste your life for 30+ years? What's your backup plan? Struggle to keep the lights on for 30+ years, and then not get to retire because you never saved for it? Dropping out is a waste of your money.

Unless you have a great backup plan its dumb to drop. You will condemn yourself to wageslaving forever if you drop out without a good plan or loads of money.

Also, I don't know what chance you have, but go to parties. Have fun. I didn't, and it keeps me up at night.

Suffer for 4 years to be able to afford life or skip college and suffer for 30 years. A degree is much better than no degree.

I’m considering it too. I’m having problems finishing my current semester after having dropped all courses and LDARing for 6 months my last semester. No idea how I’m supposed to get through 1-2 more years now.

Depends what you went there for. I got kicked out of Uni so I don't have very positive things to say about it.

No. You must endure do you can wagecuck in a fairly decent job.

Depends on what you are studying LOL if you are studying art like that other dude

If you are studying for a field which will put you on the path to a normal job, then stick with it. Do not worry about "idiot normies", just focus on your studies. Try to throw yourself into your studies and see how the things you learn, even if they seem trivial, may not be so pointless (although many things will definitely be pointless). It helps to think critically about the concepts you learn; anything can be interesting if enough detail about it is uncovered. It will make you a better student as well, and it is also a good coping mechanism which can take your mind off of inceldom and about the social situation of college.

If you are social enough, try to seek out friends who are as close as you can find to your personality even if you are the "least normie" person in the entire college. You can try to influence normies as well. But also listen to them a little bit. Normies, while naive, are sometimes correct about things and can bring us hyperbolic autists down to earth every once in a blue moon.

If college can bring you money for more copes, don't drop out, if it's completely useless than yes

Is there a career you want to do? I wouldn't drop out unless you wanted to do learn a job trade that paid well.
In my 20s I was in customer service, the fast food industry, living pay check to pay check with roommates.
In my early 30s I found a career field I liked, went to college and now have a career with job security and have my own home.

you can always take a break and go back later. College is the last opportunity to build a social circle. That's the only thing I would worry about. You can still make decent money without a degree though.

You seem like a weeb.

Take a Japanese class or something you really want to learn as an elective.

Maybe that'll help motivate you.

Been there done that. One of my biggest regrets.

Set me back a semester and caused a giant chain reaction that led to me not being able to take my Japanese elective this semester as it's only offered in the fall but I had to take major classes instead and I'm set to graduate next fall so now it's over.

It's always best to get things over with even if you plan on coming back.

I'm going to learn Japanese on my own though so I don't care. I'm even going to speak to the professor that would've taught the class and ask her advice on how I could go about that.

:feelsbadman: My condolences

What would be a potential alternative?

If you do, you will always regret it. Life seems very limited before you finish college, each year is easily distinguishable from the last. Once you’ve finished they speed up and start blurring into one, you will regret not having made the most of your time to studymax if you waste your one opportunity to, I assure you of this.

I wouldn't advise it unless you struggle to keep up.

buy a degree online from a diploma mill, employers dont check.

Short answer no, don't blow your only chance to earn money after. Who knows what future you will have after collage.

Enjoy your hourly service job

If you're studying dumbshit like advertising, marketing, communication, psychology, sociology, etc. Then yes if not then no.

I spent four years studying at college and in my opinion, it was a complete waste of time and effort. College is different here in the UK from how it is in the US though. At least it was free for me.

What degree?

Not unless you want to eat capitalist stew every night :feelskek:

What degree?
Performing arts. Yes, I know this was a mistake, but my college made me do a load of other shit, so I have diplomas in stuff like "Employability skills".

In that case then drop out, get a job, and start thinking about what you want to do and how to get there.

Stay If it's a useful degree, If it's fucking gender studies then drop out.

Tons of ppl drop out their first year once they realize it's not for them.

Having a shit degree like me means you are stuck doing shitty temp jobs for 17 dollars an hour, not much of a difference at all.

You are better off going into some field that have career progression like IT or the trades. There is money to be made in physical labor jobs as well if you are willing to work for them. Also, they can lead you to infrastructure or logistical jobs that is needed by the country.

You need a goal in mind. Why are you going to school? What do you want to do?

If you cannot objectively answer that then don’t even go to school. The reason why people fail in life even after getting a stupid degree is because they STILL don’t know what they were doing it FOR.

If you know a high paying job that you want to do, go for the education. Stick to one thing and roll with it and get good grades. The hardwork is never pointless unless there’s no clear reason for doing it.

dude GO TO TRADE SCHOOL. get a real job and career.

Depends? How close to breaking point are you?

Remember, if you lose it and have a mental breakdown, you won’t be able to study and will flunk out anyway.

The reason why so many graduates are failing is the same reason many without degrees are failing. It's a shit job market. A BS is the same as a HS diploma was thirty years ago. And it is often a requirement for the most basic, shit level job now. Having goals is why most people go to school but it means nothing when you end up with a shit job. People have sent hundreds and thousands of resumes and are more than willing to work. It's an employers market and people get hood jobs based on two things now. Luck and who you know.

It's disgusting.

See my post. I dropped out. I hate to discourage you but with so many degrees and so few good jobs it becomes pointless. You ever read Indeed forums? They tell the story. It sucks. So glad I dropped out. Of course I want a good job and a good life. But I'm not lucky and don't fucking network which is what it takes now. Your choice.
