Should all sex offenses be legal?
If you think about it all sex offenses are not logical. Anything that matters is covered under physical assault and kidnapping.
Examples of sex offenses:
- rape : forcing someone to have sex against their consent. It should be treated as physical assault.
- prostitution: getting paid or paying for sex. People should have free trade for sex.
- sex trafficking: moving people for sex. It should be treated as kidnapping.
Legalizing of all sex crimes would fix sex crimes in a more natural way. For example a girl wouldn't go to a guy's house since she can't argue that she was kidnapped to go there and it is implicitly assumed she wanted sex if she was going to be there.
Also with birth control it means that sex doesn't even have consequences.
Sex offenses being a crime are more harmful than good.
This is based on the famous 'how to stop rape' proposal by rooshv
