Discussion Shortcels- expected height vs actual height

I'm curious to see if fellow shortcels on here always knew they would be short or if it was unexpected. I was expected to be around 5'10-5'11, I am 5'5.
I always had hope I'd have a late final growth spurt that never came

No, I was always the shortest in my school/kindergarten and generally very short. If you look at elementary school pictures of me I was a head shorter as the shortest other guy in my class. My mother had the chance to give me growth hormones but decided against it...
