So, I've lost 15 pounds so far from eating less food. The food that I eat is restricted to mainly normal foods (no chocolate, no sweets, candy, etc.), but the last couple of days I purged. Yesterday or the day before I ate 10 chocolate chip cookies in one sitting (delicious). They weren't small like chips ahoy cookies either. They were about 13-15 centimeters in diameter. 

The came last night. I went to get some more of those cookies in the middle of the night, but they were all gone. I settled with a bag of plain American cheese slices from the deli section of a food market. I planned on eating only a little, but I ate the whole pound. Just fucking kill me.

Just dont store junk food in ur house and if u want to eat at night cuz ur bored/craving/not really hungry just tell urself u will eat in the morning
 
Watch the documentary What The Health, sugary stuff isn't necessarily bad for you, it's the fat and shortening and other chemicals in the product that are. In general, try to eat less and drink more water/coffee.

? Were u being sarcastic? I was 30kg overweight now im 5-10 kg overweight, i didnt actively diet i just ate less food during my meals and stopped eating at night because its usually pointless and a bad habit

I'm not alone! Yesterday I went super overboard. I was OK until dinner, but then the bingeing began shortly after I had finished. I ate multiple yogurts, cheese and crackers, grapes, a whole package of blackberries, a bag of mixed nuts, and strawberries. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. I feel super guilty today, but I'm just going to refocus my efforts. I'll also be getting some exercise equipment this week.
 
When i used to live with my parents i used to eat fast food everyday. I had a body type that couldn't gain weight no matter what. Now i eat like 2 pieces of bread a day

Same bro, food is my cope. I don’t really binge these days but I just eat whatever I want and how much I feel like. No restrictions lol. I’m not at a 10-12% body fat anymore but at least I can say I’ve been there and it made no difference.

Yeah, I just eat all the healthy foods if there's nothing else rendering them useless against losing weight. I resorting to drinking a disgusting chocolate protein shake.

My friend is like that. He can devour pizzas, sodas, fries, hamburgers, and not gain weight.

Folks with these bodies are usually of small frame and gymcelling wpuld yield less than hopeful results (while taking more time to achieve them).

No. My mums cooks us food and I’m not gonna lie, it’s not the healthiest of foods usually, lol. My house is usually stocked with crisps, biscuits, chocolates, etc. Just junk food in general. It’s very hard to resist the temptation. When I go on deficit, the cravings get even worse because I’m surrounded by tempting and mouth savouring foods.

It's the same situation for me except she stopped buying as much food for that reason.

It's all about willpower. When you do decide to binge, force yourself to only eat half of it.

it doesnt matter when u eat lmao, it matters how much u eat from when u wake up untill u sleep on a very long period

e.g if u eat a quick snack before sleep, thats 200 calories, over 2 months thats an extra kilo and a half assuming u eat ur exact TDEE

Lol at calling that binge eating. I used to literally eat 2 to 3 thousand calories in ONE sitting. I'd eat an entire box of oreos followed by 1 or 2 pints of ice cream, or an entire tray of corn pudding that was over 2,000 cals, or a Dominos's pizza with cookies and bread sticks, etc. I think the most I ate in a day was over 6,000 calories. I still struggle with it today.
