Our results revealed that the proportion of sexual aggression by females against males is rather low in cases of sexual aggression against minors by adults (9 %) compared with sexual aggression among minors/peers (56 %) and among adults (52 %). Although the majority of characteristics of sexual aggression were similar, some differences between male- and female-perpetrated sexual aggression were found.

The study points out that its findings of such a low level of female-perpetrated adult victimization of minor boys is at odds with other sources which generally find higher numbers, and I would say that this probably undersells it, but I'll take what I can get.

Regarding sexual aggression among minors, Finkelhor, Ormrod, and Chaffin (2009) reported on 13,471 juveniles (7.3 % females) who committed sexual offences against minors in the United States in 2004 registered in the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS). Of those, only 2.5 % were strangers to the affected minors.

True. For a lot of people, male and female differences basically correspond to good vs evil, with the men very much in the latter role, and they absolutely won't hear anything threatening that worldview.
