Sex isn't a big deal... if you can have it whenever you want

Those that say that live with a partner who is willing to have sex whenever the other asks for it.

If you aren't lacking something seriously, you can not say that lacking it isn't a big deal.

I know I would think sex much less, if I lived in that situation. I would not need to think about sex, I would have it when I needed it and other time I would use productively. I would be much more productive person and unit if I lived with a GF who would have sex with me whenever needed.
