Do 3 sets, 12 reps of each exercise with moderate weight after that do 3 sets, 5 reps with a heavy weight . High intensity with moderate weight is good for muscle size and thickness, heavy weight and low repetitions with a lot of rest in between sets is good for max strength , and eat a lot of food with protein and a lot of carbs if you want to become strong.
