I got a new job today but I’d figured I’d give my current job a two weeks notice before I start the new one(May 9th). The only issue is I’m still expecting another paycheck next week(May 1st). I doubt they’ll put me in for more hours(only working once a week) but I’m still wondering if I’m gonna get the paycheck if they decide let me go prior to May 1st? Yes, they have to pay you for time worked.

One job that I was fired from, they had us put in the amount of hours we were planned to work for 2 weeks and they ended up paying me for those hours. I got $200 for nothing.
