Serious question for melatonincels

Have u ever took more than 2mgs of melatonin? That’s my usual but everytime I take it I go through vivid nightmares about my unresolved troubles and, despite the pain I go through when I wake up, it’s helping me to process situational awareness better… I don’t wanna say emotions cause it sounds gay, but thats pretty much it. I cried in my subconscious thinking about oneitis and a wasted future. I wanna get back to that place and live the same pain again and again until it doesn’t hurt me anymore.

So Im considering spiking the dosage (5mg?), not for hedonism cause there’s none. It’s a wound I can only deal with like this and no, Im not gonna try any other substance. Ive no intention of becoming a rehabcel rn.

Sorry i necro bumped this. But ive heard that past 2mg is redundant and maximum effect is achieved around 2mg, if not, then a little bit higher


Are you still using 2mg mela? I personally used around 2-3mgs but only when i have trouble sleeping and it made me wake up feeling tired asf
